The shop has thrived on the personal touch and we enjoy serving customers who have kept loyal since the first year in 2005. We have celebrated with families through weddings and christenings and mourned with them through the tough losses they have faced. We like to think that we are a member of the halton view community and like to help whenever we can.
It is our mission to make our flower shop the very best for value and design in our town and with that in mind, every bouquet of flowers that we send out has to be perfect. We spend time and effort on researching the flowers that people like, the most popular colours and the most up to date wrapping and presentation so that you are getting something not only on trend, but good value and well received.
And, when we introduce a new design to our flower menu, we take the effort to photograph it so that you know exactly what you will be getting. Obviously there are always going to be slight differences due to the nature of design, but we don't hire fancy photographers, we don't use stock pictures because we like to keep everything as real as possible for you, the customer.
We work just like a restaurant and have a menu of designs from £10 bunches to £25 bouquets, each have a recipie that we follow ensuring that you get consistent value and design. Because of this we have to keep a well balanced stock on our flower stand so that we can fill orders for our many designs our menu. In general we don't sell from the stand, we ask you to choose one of our designs in order to maintain a good balance of available stock.
The Take Away Collection
We think it is important that when you come into the shop, you have a choice of bouquets to take away without having to wait around, so to that end, we have a take away collection that typically consists of bunches from £10 and Hand tied bouquets from £15... We try to cater for all and include a range of colours and flower varieties. Call in, you won't be disappointed.
We pride ourselves on our great customer service and our attention to detail but obviously, we know that from time to time we might make a mistake or do something you may not like. That is why we offer a no quibble return if there is something wrong with our flowers. Like all retail items, we do need you to return the flowers, but never feel like we don't want to know... please don't vote with your feet. If there is something we have done wrong, please tell us, if we don't know we can't fix it!!
